The 24th MIB retreat
Last July 11 and 12, 2022, we had the 24th anniversary MIB retreat held at Hotel & Resorts Saga Karatsu. This activity aims to build a good relationship and to facilitate scientific collaborations among all MIB members. The participants enjoyed presentations and discussions in this on-site retreat for the first time in three years, under a thorough attention for the prevention of COVID-19 infection. We had about 130 participants, 15 oral and 28 poster presentations in this retreat. Many members actively joined the discussion and collaborated. In this time, we set up “Question Award” by each oral session, and all participants let had voting right for oral and poster awards.
