The 30th Hot Spring Harbor International Symposium/Chromatin Potential in Development and Differentiation/The 6th Symposium of the Inter-University Research Network for Trans-Omics Medicine

The 30th International Symposium on Hot Spring Harbor -New technologies meets Biology- / MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) New Academic Research Area Chromatin Potential / 6th Trans-Omics Medical Research Network Project was held online over two days from January 18 (Tuesday) to 19 (Wednesday), 2022.
7 researchers from overseas and 18 researchers from 20 research institutes in Japan gave lectures, and it was a very exciting symposium with high-level unpublished data. In addition, 33 young researchers gave poster presentations, and there were many heated discussions.
Many people, including graduate students from the Institute of Biomedical Research and Innovation (IMR), actively asked questions and engaged in discussions, making this a very meaningful symposium where a lot of knowledge was shared and collaboration was born. We also received very high evaluations from speakers from Japan and abroad, including students, who strongly felt the high level of research at Kyushu University.
In the end, 375 people registered to participate in the symposium, and around 200 people gathered at the online venue at all times, with a peak of 250. The symposium was a great success.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your cooperation.
